Why not just use the EI-HUB?
The EI-HUB was designed for the state, not for agencies. It also doesn’t store records beyond the mandatory record-keeping requirements. iCentral goes further, offering tools for forms, checklists, billing, payroll, and much more.
Is iCentral hard to use? Does it require a lot of training?
Each app, like the Provider Portal, is user-friendly. For example, providers click on My Cases to instantly see the cases assigned to them. Most apps are intuitive and require little to no training.
Do you offer a trial?
iCentral currently doesn’t offer a trial, but we do have a no-risk 3-month agreement option. You can try the system and opt out if it doesn’t meet your needs.
What do users need to use iCentral?
All you need is an internet connection! iCentral is entirely cloud-based and works seamlessly on any device—phone, tablet, or computer. No downloads required.
Where is my data?
Your data is securely hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which includes constant backups and redundancy. AWS is trusted by companies like Netflix, NASA, Adobe, and many more.
What happens if I cancel iCentral?
iCentral doesn’t require long-term contracts. You just need to provide a 2-month notice before invoicing stops. If needed, we can provide a full data export.
