We’ve moved the iCentral User Group inside iCentral!

Now you don’t have to leave iCentral to connect with others. Simply click on the iCentral User Group from the home page.

Discuss topics and suggest enhancements. iCentral will review all suggestions, so make sure to vote for your favorites! The ones with the most votes will receive more consideration.

Note: Your Administrator Team has access to the iCentral User Group app. You can add other team members just like with other iCentral apps.

New Home Page!

We’ve updated the background color, and now Admins can customize it further through Company Settings.
We’ve also added the following new menu items:

• Favorites: Save reports and forms as favorites for one-click access. No more searching for that report you use all the time!
• Features: View all features from your apps and quickly find the report you need. Once found, save it as a favorite for easy access.
• Apps: Browse your list of apps.

Introducing iCentral Standard Apps!

These apps are uniform across all companies, ensuring consistent documentation and enabling frequent updates to features like reports, forms, and alerts. While you cannot customize a Standard App, you have the option to use it or clone or assign specific features into your custom apps. See the following article for details: Standard Apps Overview 

iCentral’s platform allows you to design apps, forms, reports, alerts, and much more, providing increased flexibility. However, this flexibility can make it challenging for iCentral to create standard documentation and training materials. Additionally, admins may not always be aware of the useful reports, forms, or alerts available that they might want to incorporate into their custom apps.

Introducing iCentral Standard Apps!

Standard Apps will be uniform across all companies, allowing you to explore updated reports, forms, and alerts. Authorized users will have the ability to copy new forms, reports, or alerts and integrate them into their custom apps. For example, if iCentral releases a new People report, you can easily use it in your custom app.
